Dungeons and Dragons...with a side of confusion

Wed Jun 25, 2008, 1:14 AM
I bought the new core rulebooks for Dungeons and Dragons v4. I never played it before, but it looks very exciting. I tried setting up the characters and stuff, but it turned out to be more confusing than I thought. If there are any D&D players out there playing v4, please contact me (or comment below). My friend and I have a lot of questions about this table top RPG.

  • Mood: Wow!
  • Listening to: Melissa O'Neil
  • Watching: Good Eats
  • Playing: Call of Duty 4
  • Eating: Some burgers
  • Drinking: Ramune

Can't say I've ever played it but have wanted to. When you get it figured out let me know if it is worth it

"How did we get here?"
My friends and I decided to try out a little campaign. It was really fun. We kind of deviated from the rules a little, but the experience was exciting nonetheless. The Dungeon Master told the story in a great way, adding his own original elements here and there. Soon, we want to find other players (who have already played for a while) to understand the rules a lot better.
It takes a bit to get used to, but it's fun once ya do. :)

(keep playing)
I played it once, but I'm not that addicted ;p Try playing some D&D games
